3 Little Monkeys - Returns & Cancellations Policy
Need to return an item? Please review our "Eligible for Return" list before submitting a Return Request.
Returns/Refunds must be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. After the 14 days, you may still return, but will only be eligible for store credit. Refunds/store credit will only be issued once the item is received and we have had an opportunity to ensure it is in its original condition (tags intact, unused, unwashed, new).
Items eligible for return: Damaged items, Incorrect item received, Immediate (in-stock) items purchased
Items ineligible for return: Pre-order or Pre-sale items (unless damaged), undergarments, toys, used or washed items, items with tags removed.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer if the item was an in-stock purchase. Items that are not damaged are subject to a 10% restock fee. If an incorrect item was received, or the item you purchased was damaged, we will send a return shipping label for your convenience.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been altered, worn, washed or used.
If you have an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt. In certain circumstances, you may be able to contact the vendor directly for a refund, but it’s best to reach out to us first.

Cancellation of an in-stock order must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. (We strive to ship in-stock items within this timeframe.) After the 24 hour timeframe, orders may not be cancelled. When placing a pre-order or pre-sale purchase, please refer to the Pre-order/Pre-sale Terms & Conditions for cancellation policy.
